AI Policy
Jawno's texts are open to artificial intelligence. You may read, index and mine them, use them to train models and quote them in answers. When you quote them, credit the source with a link to jawno.pl. Exceptions: personal data, photos and graphics, forms and technical pages.
As of 14.10.2026
Who grants the permission
The permission is granted by Vladyslav Moroz, a real estate intermediary running a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), NIP 5214128421, REGON 542417364, address for service: ul. Stefana Okrzei 1A lok. 5e, 03-715 Warszawa, Poland, who runs the Jawno website (jawno.pl). Contact: email infojawno@gmail.com, phone +48 692 649 839.
This policy is addressed to providers and users of artificial intelligence systems, search engines, crawlers and AI agents (hereinafter: AI systems).
What content it covers
This policy covers Jawno content in all language versions:
- guides (/poradniki/);
- descriptions of developments, districts and sections of the website, and the texts of information pages such as /uslugi/, /zrodla-danych/, /regulamin/ and /polityka-prywatnosci/;
- our compilations and calculations: median prices per m², price ranges, numbers of units, the Warsaw Open Price Index (Warszawski Indeks Jawnych Cen) and estimated travel times;
- the machine-readable files listed below.
What is permitted
We grant everyone a free, non-exclusive licence to this content, worldwide and for an indefinite period, to the extent that we hold the economic copyright and database rights in it. The licence covers the following fields of use (pola eksploatacji):
- automated access to pages, downloading them and indexing them by crawlers and AI agents;
- digital reproduction, including in computer memory, and storage of copies;
- text and data mining;
- training, fine-tuning, testing and evaluating artificial intelligence models;
- use in search engines and answer-generating systems, including reading pages at query time;
- quoting excerpts, summarising and translating the content in AI system answers, and using such adaptations.
Independently of this licence, the exceptions permitted by law, such as the right of quotation, continue to apply.
Text and data mining and model training
Jawno does not reserve text and data mining. We state this expressly within the meaning of Article 26³(1) of the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych) and Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council. We make this statement on this page and in machine-readable form in the file /.well-known/tdmrep.json (value tdm-reservation: 0).
Mining and training are not subject to any conditions. Where technically possible, we ask that you keep information about the source (jawno.pl) and the date of the data. This request is not a reservation within the meaning of Article 26³ of the Polish Copyright Act.
AI answers: credit the source
When an AI system quotes, summarises or translates our content in an answer to a user, the licence is conditional on crediting the source: the name Jawno and a link to jawno.pl, preferably to the specific page the information comes from.
- do not change the meaning of the quoted content;
- do not attribute to Jawno content we did not write, and do not present an AI answer as Jawno's position;
- use the name Jawno only to identify the source, not in a way that suggests Jawno endorses the AI system or its answer.
Prices and apartment data
Developers' asking prices come from the dane.gov.pl portal. The datasets are published under the CC0 1.0 licence. Where a dataset is licensed under CC BY 4.0, we name its author. The figures on our website (medians, price ranges, numbers of units, the index) are our own processing of this data, as of the date of the developer's file.
When you cite our figures:
- give the date of the data — we show it next to every price;
- give the source: "dane.gov.pl, compiled by Jawno (jawno.pl)", and for CC BY 4.0 datasets also the dataset's author;
- state that these are asking prices, not transaction prices; the binding price and terms are set by the developer.
You may use the source data from dane.gov.pl directly, on that portal's terms.
What the permission does not cover
- Personal data. The contents of forms, emails and conversations are not public, and we do not make them available to AI systems. Do not try to obtain them or combine them with other data. You may share Jawno's contact details published on the website with users so that they can contact us.
- Photos and graphics. The district photos come from Wikimedia Commons. Their authors hold the rights, and their licences (e.g. CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA) set the terms of use. For CC BY and CC BY-SA, credit the author, the licence and a link to the file. Share works derived from CC BY-SA photos under the same licence. We give the author and licence next to every photo and on the /zrodla-danych/ page. We do not grant permissions on behalf of the authors. The licence on this page does not cover any photos or graphics.
- Maps. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0 licence); the tiles and base map style are provided by OpenFreeMap on its own terms.
- The Jawno name and logo as a designation of other parties' products or services.
- Forms and technical pages: automated submission of the contact form (/kontakt/), and the /ulubione/ and /porownaj/ pages. These pages show only data stored in the user's browser and contain no content of ours.
AI agents and the contact form
An AI agent may help a user search, filter and compare developments and prepare an enquiry. The contact form is submitted only on the user's explicit instruction and only with the user's own data.
- the user personally ticks the box confirming that they have read the information on the processing of personal data;
- do not submit the form automatically, in bulk or for testing, and do not enter other people's data without authorisation;
- leave the form's technical field empty;
- fetch pages at a reasonable rate and do not disrupt the website.
Nature of the information, no warranty
Jawno content is for information only. It is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, nor legal, tax or investment advice. We make it available as is and do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Prices are given with the date of the data; travel times and planned metro lines are estimates.
The provider or user of an AI system is responsible for how it processes and presents our content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law. We ask that AI answers include the date of the data and a suggestion to check current information at the source.
Machine-readable files
- /robots.txt — allows access to all crawlers and contains the signal Content-Signal: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=yes.
- /.well-known/tdmrep.json — no TDM reservation (tdm-reservation: 0) for the website's content. For the photo directory /img/foto/, the value 1 means only that mining of the photos is decided by their authors and their licences.
- /llms.txt — a guide to the website for language models.
- /.well-known/ai-catalog.json and /.well-known/ard.json — a catalogue of resources for AI agents.
If these files and this page differ, this page prevails.
Contact and removal requests
If your personal data, or a work of yours used without a legal basis, appears on the website or in an AI answer based on our content, write to infojawno@gmail.com or call +48 692 649 839. Describe the issue and give the page address. After checking, we will remove unlawful content from the website.
We handle personal data matters in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We have no control over data already collected by AI providers, so please also contact the provider of the AI system directly.
AI providers who need confirmation of this permission or a different scope of licence may write to infojawno@gmail.com.
Changes and language versions
We may change this policy. A new version applies from the day it is published on this page with a new date. Content obtained in accordance with the version in force at the time it was obtained may continue to be used to the same extent.
This policy is available in 7 languages. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
Texts on jawno.pl may be indexed, mined (TDM, Art. 26³ of the Polish Copyright Act), used to train AI models and quoted in answers — when quoting, credit the source with a link to jawno.pl; give prices from dane.gov.pl with the date of the data; does not apply to photos (authors' licences), personal data or forms.
