On the site we publish only some of the developments we have access to as an agent. The rest we present one-to-one — after a conversation about what you are looking for.

How it works

  1. You describe what you need

    You leave your contact details and briefly describe what you need: district, budget, number of rooms, move-in date.

  2. We talk and prepare a shortlist

    After the conversation we prepare a shortlist just for you: development names, developers, addresses and dated prices, with a link to the developer’s price list. The shortlist is prepared by a person, not a machine.

  3. We go to the sales office together

    If something interests you, we go to the sales office together, walk you through the information prospectus (prospekt informacyjny) and the draft developer agreement (umowa deweloperska), and point out what to ask the developer or a lawyer.

What you get in the shortlist

  • the name of the development and the developer;
  • the address and construction stage according to the information prospectus;
  • unit prices with a date — from developers’ price lists and data from the dane.gov.pl portal;
  • a link to the developer’s price list so you can check the price at the source.

On what terms

  • The shortlist is free and does not require signing an agreement.
  • We send it by e-mail or as a PDF, addressed to you.
  • We register you with a developer only with your consent — you will get the shortlist without it too.
  • We do not charge you a fee for helping you buy a flat from a developer.
