Privacy policy
How the Jawno website processes the personal data of people who contact us, and what it stores in your browser.
As of 07.10.2026
Data controller
The controller is Vladyslav Moroz, real estate agent, sole trader (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), Warsaw, NIP (tax ID) 5214128421. Contact on personal data matters: e-mail infojawno@gmail.com, phone +48 692 649 839.
What data we process
- From the contact form: your name, phone or e-mail, the purpose of your enquiry and any details you provide (e.g. district, budget, floor area, development name, description), and your chosen contact language. Together with the form we also send the address of the page it was sent from and the utm_* parameters from the address of the first page of your visit, if there were any (e.g. utm_source — where you came from).
- From e-mails and phone calls: the data you give us yourself.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
On the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest) we also process:
- Netlify hosting server log data (IP address, time and address of the page viewed) — to keep the website running and secure; Netlify stores it in accordance with its privacy policy (https://www.netlify.com/privacy/);
- your IP address, passed to OpenFreeMap when a map is displayed — to show the map when you request it: on the “Development map” and “Commute times” pages the map loads when you open the page, on the home page and development pages when the map comes into view, and in search after you choose the map view;
- the address of the page the form was sent from and the utm_* parameters — to find out where enquiries come from (assessing how well our channels work). We store only the utm_* parameters, with no profiling; they are saved in the CRM together with your enquiry.
Retention period
Until your enquiry has been handled and, if we do not enter into a contract, no longer than 12 months from our last contact.
Recipients
- Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) — website hosting. Each time a page is viewed, the Netlify server receives the IP address, the time and the address of the page viewed. Netlify also receives enquiries sent through the contact form. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (in which Netlify, Inc. participates) and standard contractual clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
- Google (Gmail) — the infojawno@gmail.com mailbox that receives your e-mails. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Notifications about enquiries from the form also arrive in this mailbox.
- Our CRM system (Twenty software running in our own account): an enquiry from the form is added to it as a client record. CRM hosting: Railway Corporation (548 Market St PMB 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Railway’s data processing agreement provides for standard contractual clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
- Telegram — our closed work group receives only a notification about a new enquiry: purpose, development, district, budget, language and the page the form was sent from. No name, phone number, e-mail or message text.
We do not pass your data to a developer without your separate consent.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO). You have the right to object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Send your request to infojawno@gmail.com.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
Voluntary provision
Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.
What the website stores in your browser
The website does not use cookies or analytics tools. It stores a few settings in your browser’s storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). localStorage entries stay only in your browser and are not sent to us.
localStorage — until you delete them
portal-ulubione- developments you have saved (“Saved developments”).
portal-porownanie- developments selected for comparison.
jawno-theme- your chosen theme (light or dark); with “Match system” there is no entry.
sessionStorage — cleared when you close the tab
jawno-map:<page address>- map view: centre, zoom and selected development, so the map is in the same place when you come back.
jawno-vt-to, jawno-vt-back- smooth transition between a development card and its page.
jawno-cmp-hidden, jawno-cmp-back- state of the comparison bar (hidden, back to comparison).

You can delete all entries by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Connections to other servers
- Maps: your browser loads map tiles, the map style and map fonts directly from the OpenFreeMap server (tiles.openfreemap.org). The map provider then receives your IP address and standard request data, such as your browser type.
- Fonts and photos (copies from Wikimedia Commons) are loaded from our own server — your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or Wikimedia for them.
- Links to other websites (e.g. dane.gov.pl, Wikimedia Commons) open only when you click them; those websites’ own rules apply there.
