Service provider

The Jawno website (jawno.pl) is operated by Vladyslav Moroz, a real estate intermediary running a sole proprietorship, NIP 5214128421, Warsaw (the “Provider”).

These terms set out the rules for using the website and for the provision of electronic services (Art. 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

Services provided by electronic means

The Provider offers the following electronic services on the website:

• a catalogue of developments and flats with search and filters,
• comparison and a list of saved developments (stored only in the user’s browser),
• a map of developments, estimated travel times, a price index and a full purchase cost calculator,
• guides — informational articles,
• a contact form — sending an enquiry to the Provider.

The catalogue, search, comparison, map, calculators and guides are free of charge and need no registration; the website has no user accounts. Sending the contact form does not conclude a brokerage agreement.

Technical requirements

To use the website you need:

• a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser,
• JavaScript enabled — filters, the map, comparison, saved developments and the theme switch work only with JavaScript; the content of pages and guides is also available without it,
• a connection to the OpenFreeMap server — the browser downloads map tiles from it; to display the map, the browser must support WebGL.

Rules of use and unlawful content

The user uses the website in accordance with the law and these terms. It is forbidden to:

• send the Provider (e.g. through the form) unlawful content, in particular content that infringes the rights or personal interests of third parties, is misleading or contains malware,
• enter another person’s personal data in the form without authorisation,
• disrupt the operation of the website.

Nature of the information

Information on the website is for information purposes:

• it is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code,
• developers’ prices come from the dane.gov.pl portal and are given with the date of the data; the binding price and terms are given by the developer,
• travel times and planned metro lines are model estimates, not guaranteed,
• the guides are not legal or tax advice.

Conclusion and termination of the agreement

An agreement for an electronic service (using the catalogue, search, comparison, map, calculators and guides) is concluded when you start using the website. You may end it at any time by ceasing to use the website. The contact form service is one-off and ends when the enquiry is sent.

The Provider answers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

Risks and data in your browser

Using the internet involves common risks such as malware, phishing or interception of data on an unsecured network. The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and never asks for passwords or payment details. Use an up-to-date browser and check that the address is jawno.pl.

The website does not install software on your device. It stores in your browser only the entries needed for features you use (e.g. saved developments, theme), and the visit source only with your consent. The purpose of each entry is described in the privacy policy.
