- Recipients
- IT service providers (e-mail, hosting), including Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) — website hosting and receiving enquiries from the contact form. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (in which Netlify, Inc. participates) and standard contractual clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). Google LLC (Gmail, a participant in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) — mailbox and enquiry notifications. Our CRM (Twenty) on Railway Corporation servers (USA) — transfer on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). Telegram — our closed work group receives only a notification about the enquiry, with no name, phone number, e-mail or message text. We do not pass your data to a developer without your separate consent.
- Your rights
- Access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO). You have the right to object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

- Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.
